 Investing in multifamily property is a historically stable and proven way to create wealth and capitalize on tax-advantaged legislation. Multifamily investments are recession proof because people always need roof over their head and in recession many people lose their house and forced to move into apartment.

Quarterly distributions are paid to investors.  At end of hold period all investment is paid back plus any equity from appreciation. We target returns between 15%-25% which outperforms any other traditional investments. We also target 2X within 5 years of initial investment.
